Assignment 3: Conversion Map
What this assignment produces: A completed conversion map connecting your real pipeline stages to your Google Ads conversion architecture — the single most useful document you'll produce in this course.
Why it matters: This is the document you hand to the person who implements your tags, uploads to your CRM, or sets your bid strategies. Everything downstream is easier when this exists.
Instructions
Step 1 — List every meaningful stage in your pipeline, from first touch to closed business. Use the stages your sales team actually uses, not aspirational stages nobody tracks.
Step 2 — Complete the table below for each stage.

Step 3 — Apply the decision rules from Lesson 3.4. Review each row. For any stage marked Primary, confirm you have (or have a plan to get) sufficient monthly volume. For any stage with no Ads conversion action yet, decide whether it needs one.
Assignment complete when: Every stage in your pipeline has a row in the table, every primary is defensible, and the Owner column is filled in with a real name.
